The OC Transpo Lost & Found is administered by Heartwood House:au coeur de la vie. The Lost & Found is staffed entirely by volunteers who donate their time to support Heartwood House. This effort raises funds for Heartwood House, through the compensation received for this administration work, and provides valuable employment skills training for people who are participants in the member group programs at Heartwood House. Over 28,000 items are received at the Lost & Found, each year.

The OC Transpo Lost & Found is located at Heartwood House, 153 Chapel St., at the corner of Rideau and Chapel. It is 3 stop lights East of King Edward and Rideau.
